How it works
A clearer path from clinic requirements to pharmacy conversations.
GLP-1 Supply Desk establishes context before an introduction. It does not simply publish a list of names and ask your team to start over with each one.
From scattered questions to a focused next step
Build the context before making the connection.
Submit the clinic brief
Tell us about the organization, states, sourcing interests, workflow and priorities.
Clarify the operating picture
If information that changes the search is missing, the desk may ask for clarification.
Review potential relevance
The brief is considered against the pathway information currently available to the platform.
Choose the next step
Where a potential fit exists, the clinic can review the context and request a specific introduction.
Evaluate directly
The clinic and provider discuss credentials, offerings, availability, pricing, fulfillment, contracts and suitability directly.
What “potential fit” means
A potential fit means the available information suggests that a provider conversation may be relevant. It is not an endorsement, credentialing decision, product offer or guarantee of acceptance, availability, service or commercial terms.
Inside the review
From one clinic brief to one truthful result
Step 1
Anonymous routes branch from your brief
Your clinic brief is compared with the pathway information currently on file. Routes stay anonymous on this site: no pharmacy names, prices or inventory.
- No names
- No prices
- No inventory
Illustrative routes. The number of lines is not a count of pharmacies.
Step 2
State, volume, workflow and product filters remove non-fits
Each requirement in the brief sets aside the pathways whose information on file does not fit it. A brief can end with one pathway to review, several, or none.
- State
- Volume
- Workflow
- Product
Illustrative. Faded routes are the ones a filter set aside.
Step 3
One of four truthful results
Every saved brief ends in one of these four results. None is a manufactured match, and each one says what happens next.
Preliminary criteria fit
Your clinic clears the first fit screen.
Manual review
Your combination needs a human decision.
No configured route
No confirmed route is currently configured for this request.
Incomplete
One detail stands between you and a useful review.
Step 4
The consent shield opens before any introduction
A reviewer prepares a specific introduction, and your clinic decides. Nothing reaches a pharmacy until you accept it.
The introduction happens only after your explicit “Introduce me”.
Human review
Real people. Clear handoffs. Your clinic stays in control.
Human-reviewed. Never auto-forwarded.
Step 1
Clinic brief
Your team sets out its states, program model, expected demand and workflow once. No patient information.
- Clinic contact
Step 2
Human reviewer
A sourcing reviewer reads the brief and compares it with the pathway information currently available to the platform.
- Sourcing reviewer
Step 3
Private conversation
If a detail that changes the search is missing, the reviewer may ask your clinic contact. Nothing is shared with a pharmacy at this stage.
- Sourcing reviewer
- Clinic contact
Step 4
Clinic-approved introduction
Where a potential fit exists, your clinic decides whether to request a specific introduction. Nothing is sent to a pharmacy until you accept it.
- Clinic contact
What is never done
Lines we do not cross
- No pharmacy is named publicly, and none is named to you before a reviewer confirms a fit.
- No request is transferred to a pharmacy without your explicit “Introduce me” consent, stored with its wording, version and time.
- No investigational pipeline ingredient enters sourcing, matching, pricing or introductions; that interest is a status-update list only.
- No patient or consumer request is routed; it receives a B2B-only message and is not stored.
Frequently asked questions
- How is a pathway assessed?
- Your primary operating state, product pathway, monthly volume band and prescription requirements are compared with the pharmacy criteria currently configured on the server. A pathway appears only when configured partner data supports it; nothing is inferred or invented.
- What does the NPI check prove?
- Only that the number was found (or not) in the public NPPES registry run by CMS. It does not confirm current professional or pharmacy licensure; a reviewer checks that separately where needed.
- When do I see a pharmacy’s name and terms?
- On a private introduction page the review team sends you once the match is confirmed as ready. The page shows the pharmacy, its classification, documented pathways, prescription requirements and the terms on file, and asks for an explicit “Introduce me” confirmation.
- What if nothing fits?
- Your brief ends in the no-configured-route result instead of a manufactured match. It stays on file with your consents, and if you asked for updates you hear when a pathway that fits is configured.
- Is there a cost?
- The intake, review and introduction are provided without a fee to the clinic. Commercial terms are between you and the pharmacy you choose to be introduced to; the disclosure page describes the service relationship.
