GLP-1 Supply Desk

Terms of use

These terms apply to GLP-1 Supply Desk (“we”, “the service”). Using the site or submitting a brief means you accept them. Last updated 2026-10-14.

Who the service is for

Licensed clinics, medical practices, prescribers and med spas, and the people who run them. It is not for patients or consumers. We may decline, pause or close any brief that does not come from an appropriately licensed organisation.

What the service is and is not

We turn your clinic’s states, expected volume, product interest and workflow requirements into a private sourcing brief with a clear next step, screen it against pharmacy criteria configured on our server, and, when a reviewer confirms a fit and you explicitly agree, introduce you to a specific pharmacy. We are not a pharmacy, do not sell or dispense medication, do not take orders, do not set any pharmacy’s prices or terms and do not guarantee supply, capacity, pricing, coverage or a match. A “first fit screen” is a criteria screen, not a confirmed route.

Pharmacy identities and terms

Pharmacy identities, current commercial terms and route-specific details are not published. They become relevant after your clinic's operating requirements have been reviewed, and nothing about your clinic reaches a pharmacy until you accept a specific introduction.

Introductions

An introduction happens only when you tick “Introduce me” on a private introduction page for a named pharmacy. From that point the pharmacy contacts you directly and any agreement is between your organisation and that pharmacy. We are not a party to it and accept no liability for its performance.

Investigational medicines

The retatrutide status list is informational only. It does not provide, promise, prioritize or reserve access to anything. Retatrutide is investigational, not FDA-approved, not available for prescribing or sale and cannot currently be used in compounding under federal law.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information about your organisation, licensure and requirements.
  • Do not submit patient or medical information anywhere on this site.
  • Do your own due diligence on any pharmacy before you depend on it; our checklist is a starting point, not legal or medical advice.
  • Comply with the laws and board rules that apply to your practice and your states.

Our responsibilities and limits

We handle your information as the privacy notice describes, store your consents with their wording and time, and never share your brief with a pharmacy without your explicit “Introduce me”. The site is provided as is; to the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid us, which is nothing. Compounded drugs are not FDA approved. Nothing on this site is medical or legal advice.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version and date at the top change when we do. Questions: support@glp1supplydesk.com.
